Report cards were sent home with students last week. Please speak with your child about their progress.

This is a reminder to 6th grade parents that 6th graders have started their field trips to JA Biz Town at the new Career-Tech center. Some of you are helping to volunteer. If you are a volunteer, please double-check the day you are scheduled. Thank you for your help in making this a great trip for our 6th graders.

Kona Ice will be on campus after school on Wednesday, November 15 to sell refreshments.

Mark your calendar for our annual Parent University on Wednesday, November 15. Sessions on parent resources, cultural differences, internet safety, study skills, school report card, and others will be offered. There will be some offerings for our Spanish-speaking parents as well. Students whose parents attend will receive a free dress pass.

PTA School spirit nights return on Thursday, November 16 with Jackson spirit night at Chipotle at 4170 Lavon Drive, suite 130. Between 5pm and 9pm, bring in the flyer sent home with students and show the cashier. Jackson PTA will receive 50% of the proceeds!

PTA snack shack will take place on Friday, November 17 after school!

The Thanksgiving holiday break will be November 20 through 24.
