Dee Brown Inc. (DBI) CEO Robert V. (Rob) Barnes, III and Senior Vice President of Operations David Masterson recently gathered the team at the DBI Fabrication Plant in Garland to surprise workers with a new pair of Red Wing work boots. In addition, trucks were dispatched on the same day to the Houston office’s yard in Tomball and a job site in Austin to outfit the entire field operation with new boots.

While the past several years were difficult due to supply chain issues and challenges brought on by the pandemic, Barnes told workers they are expecting a great year. “We hope these boots will keep your feet warm and dry and help you get off to a good start for the new year,” he said.

“This was the perfect way to kick off the new year,” reported David Masterson. “We asked Red Wing Shoes to dispatch their mobile shoe store to our different locations. Our team is now outfitted with premium work boots and we have business lined up for the year.”

DBI has several major projects currently in the works, including restoration of the AT&T Whitacre Tower (aka One AT&T Plaza), and stone and masonry work on Dallas Country Club's new Fitness Building as well as the Moussa Office Building in Dallas. They recently completed work on Restoration Hardware and Weir’s Plaza in Dallas.
