Additional corporate sponsorships for the event are still available at various levels, including a unique opportunity for sponsors to send students at Plano’s elementary schools to the Lights on the Farm event.

“Are you looking for a way to create a little magic this holiday season?” asked Heritage Farmstead Museum’s Vice President of Marketing and Development Kathy Wilson.  “For just $1,500, your organization will not only enjoy a unique advertising opportunity, you will also gain joy from knowing that your donation funded admission for an entire local elementary school so that students can experience this dazzling event. School field trips to the farm have been severely curbed in recent months. We miss having students on the farm…we’re ready to welcome them back!”

Wilson said Santa recently visited the farm to help with planning for the upcoming holiday event.

“Make sure you are on Santa’s “nice list”! Contact us today to learn more about Lights on the Farm sponsorship opportunities,” she said. “Your donation will not only support our historic preservation efforts here at the farm, you’ll also delight in knowing that your contribution helped spread holiday joy to many through your support of this magical event!”

The all-outdoor Lights on the Farm event will feature a quarter-mile trail through the property showcasing stunning holiday light creations and animated displays crafted by First Choice Lights.  Guests will also enjoy a 20-foot Christmas tree, refreshments such as hot cocoa and make-your-own s’mores, and a chance for the youngest guests to visit with Santa. There will also be plenty of dazzling selfie photo opportunities throughout the farm property, as well.
