Flying Saucer on the Lake will participate in American Craft Beer Week by featuring daily Fire Sales amidst its lineup of events showcasing the best craft beer in the country, as well as guest appearances from brewery reps each day. Flying Saucer’s American Craft Beer Week will kick off on, May 12 at its 4821 Bass Pro Drive Garland location.
Brewery reps will be in attendance to discuss their beers at 5 p.m. each day, with brewery glassware available at 7 p.m. each day. The highlighted event of the week will be Thursday with the New Belgium Lips of Faith Beer Dinner. Other events are as follows:
- Wednesday, May 14 – Fire Sale of Sierra Nevada Summerfest with special tappings of Sierra Nevada one-year aged Ovila Quad and one-year aged Dubbel at 5 p.m.
- Thursday, May 15 – New Belgium Lips of Faith Beer Dinner; Tickets $65 ($60 for U.F.O. Club Members); Five beers, six courses; 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, May 16 – Fire Sale of Firestone Walker BDA with special tappings of Firestone Walker 17th Anniversary and Opal at 5 p.m.
