Join the Garland Cultural Arts Commission, Inc. for ‘The Art of Party,’ an evening with the Emerald City Band All Stars. We put the ‘fun’ in ‘fundraiser’ featuring everyone’s favorite party band with dancing, complimentary nibbles and a cash bar.
All the proceeds benefit GCAC, Inc., a non-profit supporting Garland arts and artists since 1987.
