Lakewood Brewing Co. (LBC) is toasting the scary season with Let’s Get Weird 2022 – Nightmare on Executive Street. The night will feature spooky beer releases, costume contests for all ages, and a pup costume parade! Beer selections at the favorite North Dallas haunt will include The Witch, a bourbon barrel-aged Temptress with a hint of ghost pepper, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, coffee, and maple, as well as other novel Lakewood brews to be announced.

The event kicks off at noon with some family-friendly fun starting with a costume contest for kids (candy included) followed by a dog costume parade at 2:00 p.m. SPCA will be on-site with adoptable dogs looking for new homes. Festivities will continue with live music from Bethnie Rose Band and Learning Names from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Guests should come dressed to impress for the adult costume contest at 6:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded!

Let’s Get Weird is Lakewood’s yearly ode to “weird beers” and Halloween. General admission is free for all ages. Guests can purchase a $25 Sample Card which includes 8 4-ounce pours, gratuity, and a souvenir glass of their choice.
