New Residential Cleaning Company opening for business in late September in the Plano, TX area. Currently hiring part-time employees who will transition into full-time positions as we grow the business. Must have high integrity, professionalism, physical endurance and stamina, and have reliable, clean, and orderly transportation. We will be serving clients in east Plano, Richardson, Parker, Garland, and Murphy as we launch. Cleaner must be available to take jobs scheduled M-F between the hours of 7:30 am - 5 pm and 1 Saturday a month. No overtime is to be expected, and weekly hours are estimated to be between 35-40 hours when full time. Applicant must speak excellent English and have a Smart Phone with internet access while working. Pay will start at $11/hour after training week and increase to $18/hour depending on number of homes cleaned per week. Plus, earn additional income from tips, each 4- or 5-star online review, and even more income if selected as a Trainer for new cleaners. Upon hiring, applicant must be willing to undergo a background check, pass a drug test, and pass a paid training period. Training week is two parts: at home workbook/online and also on the job. Initial online/book training is a flat rate of $50 and time on the job will be at an hourly rate of $10/hour. Cleaning supplies and uniform will be provided by Get Cleaned!
