As part of the City of Garland's Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, in partnership with the NAACP Garand Branch, Lift Every Voice and Sing features musical performances from the MLK Communitywide Youth Choir and GISD Fine Arts students. Winners of the 2022 MLK Float Contest will be announced.
Admission is free and open to the public.
